Greta Thunberg was born in Sweden in 2003. She learned about climate change from a young age and was horrified. This injustice led her to start a global movement in which students skipped school on Fridays to protest against climate change. Thunberg has since given many speeches about climate change to the EU, the UK, and many others. She has been featured in books and documentaries and continues to fight against climate change.
